Companies wanting to obtain the most advantageous transaction will benefit our experience representing numerous local, regional and national and international firms with this process.

2.) Needs Analysis

Complete analysis to determine specific space parameters such as size, location, demographic requirements and space characteristics. Develop client’s guidelines for site selection.

3.) Site Selection

4.) Development of RFP (Request for Proposal)

Work with client to develop specific RFP guidelines including specific space requirements and timing.
