Ira Korn started GENESEE Commercial Real Estate in 2016 after being a Partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Meridian from 2008 – 2015.  He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2007.

CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. A CCIM designee has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.  Mr. Korn served as a Board Member of Upstate NY CCIM Chapter from 2009 – 2015 and today serves the marketing committee for the CCIM Institute.
